And the 2nd reason was for their thorough customer service, namely the representative we spoke with which was Dani Orozco:) She stayed on top of calling us for weeks after we initially shopped around for competitive rates and then were about to forget switching (tied up with life stuff/etc.) But thanks to another call from Dani Orozco (who was staying on top of following up with us per our request) and finally having time on our end to sit down for a few minutes to discuss particulars, we learned that we were able to reduce our car insurance monthly payment by 50% !!!
